David A. Brandon
Regent Brandon, a Republican from Ann Arbor, received an A.B. degree and teaching certificate from the University of Michigan in 1974. He is the Chairman and CEO of Domino’s Pizza, Inc. of Ann Arbor. Regent Brandon is a director of the TJX Companies, Burger King Corporation, and Kaydon Corporation. He also serves on the board of directors of several not-for-profit organizations, including Detroit Renaissance, The Purple Rose Theatre, The Parade Company, and the David A. Brandon Foundation. A former Michigan football player, he is a member of the Graduate “M” Club, Victors Club, Director’s Circle, and the Stephen M. Ross School of Business Visiting Committee. Regent Brandon and his wife, Jan, are joining Michigan football coach Lloyd Carr and his wife, Laurie, to co-chair the “Champions for Children” campaign for Mott Children's Hospital. He was elected to the Board of Regents in 1998. |
